CAPS is a member-based non-profit corporation providing individuals, non-profit organizations, City departments, schools and other government agencies with the  necessary equipment, resources and training to produce non-commercial community based media programs in the City of Ventura. These programs are then aired on CAPS Channel 6 or VTV Channel 15 (Ventura TV), and on the web via CAPS Media Portal.
